For many clients the "LionStart" company package might not be sufficient and for those clients who require an additional level of documentation within their order and an efficient method of ensuring that all the documentation is safe and secure. Celtic Lion are pleased to offer our "LionExpert" Company Package. This product is ideally suited to those needing to give a professional image, particularly where finance is involved, and/or for companies likely to have even limited ongoing structural changes.
The LionExpert Package includes:
- Appointment of 2 director(s), 1 or 2 shareholder(s) and 1 secretary
- Professional attaché case
- Single or duel subscriber format
- Submission of allotted share capital up to a total maximum of €1,000.00
- Hardcopy 1st minutes
- Hardcopy 2nd minutes transferring & alloting shares and appointing permanent director (s), secretary and the permanent shareholder (s)
- A hardcopy certificate of incorporation
- A hardcopy certificate of non-trading
- 5 hardcopy memorandum & articles of association
- Hardcopy issuance & cancellation of initial share certificate
- Hardcopy issuance of share certificate (s) in the name of the longterm shareholder (s)
- Completed register of directors & shareholders - a legal requirement under the companies acts' 1963-2005
- A luxury lever style seal
- Hardback company register
The company will be incorporated within 3/5 working days from the date that the name has been accepted by the Companies Registration Office.
